Einav Levny- Clinical and consulting psychologist.

Einav served as the chief psychologist for the "Talpiot" Program, an elite R&D program of the Israeli secretary of defense. He is an expert in the evaluation and assessment of human potential as individuals and within a team.

Einav has over 10 years experience in the development and training of management teams in corporate business and has trained managers in leadership skills and effective team building.

Einav holds a M.A. degree in clinical psychology from Tel-Aviv university, M.A. degree in Consulting Psychology from Tel-Aviv university and a B.A. degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University.

 

Rinat Band -Organizational consultant and Human Assets Analyst.

Rinat is an expert organizational consultant specializing in classifying and evaluating senior personnel for Hi Tech and industrial companies.

She has a vast expertise in locating, matching and appointing candidates to key positions in various business sector organizations and leading companies in Israel.

Rinat brings experience in evaluation work teams and serves as an advisor to management teams through the processes of change.
Rinat holds a M.Sc degree in- Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the Haifa Technion and a B.A. degree in Behavioral sciences from Ben-Gurion University.
